水晶振動子で発生した高速振動を、高周波の電気信号（パルス）に変換し、振動コイルに流す装置
クオーツ時計は水晶に電気を流すことで規則正しい振動がうまれ、その振動を回路で電気信号に変換してコイルに伝えます。コイルに電気が流れると磁力が生まれて、ステップローターが回り輪列に回転が伝わります。
